1. Email to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your item(s).

  • Please provide your order number, and the items you are returning or exchanging.
  • Please provide a tracking number.

2. Send your item the return address we provide you in our reply.

(Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us).

3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.

4. For returns & exchanges for a store credit, the credit will be equal to the amount paid for the piece(s) returned, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit. 

5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
