By accessing and using PatraJordan.com, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. Any person(s) who purchase from or visit the PatraJordan.com website accepts and agrees to these conditions.
SHIPPING
Patra Jordan Jewelry and its affiliates only assume responsibility for a shipment while the item(s) is/are in its possession. Upon delivery of the item to the shipping carrier of choice, the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws of the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Patra Jordan Jewelry and its affiliates will not be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier and that are the fault of anyone but Patra Jordan Jewelry and its affiliates. Patra Jordan Jewelry and its affiliates will not be held responsible or liable in any way for its choice of shipping carrier.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your collection piece for a refund within 14 days of receipt of your shipment. This excludes sale items and custom items. (Returns must be in unused condition and in the original packaging.) Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Make sure to include the reason for your return when requesting a return. If an item breaks within 30 days of your purchase, Patra Jordan Jewelry will repair it at no additional cost. After 30 days, the customer is responsible for all repair and shipping related costs. It may take up to 2 business days to process your return. You will receive a refund within 10 business days. To inquire about a repair, please email Info@PatraJordan.com for more information.
CUSTOM PIECES
Custom pieces can take 3-6 weeks to ship. Since we don't hold inventory of custom items in our warehouse all custom pieces are custom ordered. Custom pieces cannot be returned. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of an order being placed.
